Description

При изпълнение на обществената поръчка са предвидени да бъдат изпълнени следните дейности:
— преглед и анализ на съществуващото положение и наличната документация за планираните дейности,
— изготвяне на технически проект съгласно изискванията на Наредба № 4 от 21.05.2001 г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти, ЗУТ и подзаконовите нормативни актове за прилагането му,
— изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи,
— осъществяване на авторски надзор по ЗУТ, включващ стриктно спазване на одобрената проектна документация, технически решения, доработки на проекта, технологичен контрол и съдействие при въвеждане на обекта в експлоатация,
— изготвяне на екзекутивна документация в съответствие със ЗУТ.
Дейностите са предвидени за следните обекти: „Многофамилна жилищна сграда с адрес: гр. Пазарджик, ул. „Стоян Михайловски“ № 9, 9А“ и „Многофамилна жилищна сграда с адрес гр. Пазарджик, ул. „Найден Геров“ № 10“.
Обхватът на обществената поръчка е подробно описан в техническата спецификация.
