Description

The City Council of Sanxenxo, through its Autonomous Body Terra de Sanxenxo, which according to its statutes (Articles 3.f and 3.l.) within its object has the promotion, exploitation and management of all those activities aimed at the development of sports activities, aims to replace artificial turf and the renewal of the creek system by spraying the municipal football fields of Noalla and Baltar de Arriba. These sports facilities have an artificial turf that, as a result of excessive wear and tear due to its use and the passage of time itself, it is necessary to replace it, and thus provide it with a state-of-the-art artificial turf surface adapted to current regulations. It is also necessary to provide this facility with a sprinkling stream system that replaces the current one, in order to meet the new conservation needs of the new state-of-the-art lawn. This investment is considered a priority, since it is intended to carry out the necessary actions so that these sports facilities can be used in full conditions, since today they, due to their deterioration, it would be almost impossible for players to practice football in an adequate and safe way. The technical aspects that regulate this procurement will be included in the Technical Specifications. The contracting of this supply will be carried out through the Renting modality and within the object of the contract are included the small works that must be carried out by the successful tenderer, prior to the installation of the artificial turf and the auxiliary sprinkler irrigation system, as well as the supply and installation of railings and water collection grilles. The package of artificial turf to be supplied will be of the latest generation for the practice of football 11 and football 7. It must cover a total area of 103.25m x 62.50m (6,453.12 m2) in the Noalla Football Field and a total area of 101m x 62m (6,262 m2) in Baltar.
