The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the task entitled: ‘Extension of national road No 28 on the section Ropa – border of the voivodeship’. The subject-matter of the contract shall include, in particular, the development of: • Multi-industry Program Concept (KP), • Environmental materials together with obtaining the final environmental permit in the name and on behalf of the Ordering Party, • Documentation of ground conditions, i.e.: Geotechnical opinion, possible geological works project for the addition to the geological-engineering documentation (resulting from the need to carry out an addition to the geological-engineering documentation), possible addition to the geological-engineering documentation, documentation of ground surveys, geotechnical project, • construction project together with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment, • executive project, • technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, bills of quantities and cost estimates, • target traffic organization project, and author's supervision, as well as answering contractors' questions at the stage of the tender procedure for the implementation of the investment.
