Description

Framework agreement for the supply of medicinal oxygen. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18. The procurement is necessary to ensure the continuity of the medical activity and to increase the quality of the medical act, in full compliance with the current requirements of the health system and the regulations on the use of medicinal gases in healthcare facilities. A.In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation shall be no more than 18 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date referred to in point A. will make it impossible for the CA to provide a reply within the deadline referred to in point B. and, as a result, any request for clarification outside those deadlines will be considered as TARDIVA. The description and quantities of the framework agreement and subsequent contracts are specified in the Tender Specifications and in the list of lots in this documentation, as this field does not allow the insertion of all information.
