Description

Die Gemeinde Eichenau beabsichtigt, die bestehende Starzelbachschule, Parkstraße 41, 82223 Eichenau für den Ganztagsunterricht zu erweitern bzw. zu ertüchtigen. Dazu bedarf es folgender baulicher Maßnahmen:
1. Erweiterungsbau mit einer Bruttogeschossfläche von ca. 1 500 m2 und einem Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 6 550 m3,
2. Umbau im Bestand mit einer Bruttogeschossfläche von ca. 350 m2 und einem Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 1 050 m3.
Erweiterungsbau zum Einbau einer Schulmensa mit Frischküche bis 1000 Essen und zugehörigen Personalbereich, sowie Betreuungsräume für die offene Ganztagesschule und den Hort, jeweils mit Nebenräumen. Der neue Eingangsbereich im Erweiterungsbau wird genutzt, um über einen Aufzug das Erd- und Obergeschoss der Schulanlage barrierefrei zu erschließen.
