Description

Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Beauftragung eines Sanierungsträgers als Treuhänder gem. §§ 157, 160 BauGB für das durch Sanierungssatzung nach § 142 BauGB förmlich festgelegten Sanierungsgebiet "Alleestraße" in Remscheid. Es wird ein umfassendes Sanierungsverfahren durchgeführt. Die Dauer des Sanierungsverfahrens ist gem. § 142 Abs. 3 Satz 3 BauGB auf voraussichtlich 10 Jahre befristet.
