Description

The subject of the contract includes supply, installation, training of personnel, commissioning and warranty service of 3 medical devices (MA) / medical devices (MD), divided into 3 lots (PO). The contracting authority will make use of the possibilities provided by Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with which OP No 1 and OP No 2 will be awarded within the framework of this contract for a total amount of BGN 595 000.00. The remainder of the contract, amounting to BGN 16 650.00 under OP No 3, will be awarded by the contracting authority in accordance with the procedure valid for the individual value of the position, on the basis of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act. The estimated value of OP No 3, which will be awarded at individual value, falls within the scope of Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act, does not exceed BGN 156 464 and does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the contract. On the basis of the requirements of the Medical Devices Act (ZMI) and Regulation No 7 of the Ministry of Health of 31 March 2021, the contracting authority requires the MD/MA proposed by the participants to be included in the list under Article 30a of the ZMI, maintained on the website of the Bulgarian Drug Agency (BDA) by the date set as the deadline for submission of tenders.
