Description

1. The subject matter of the proceedings is carried out as part of the project ‘Increasing the quality and availability of oncological diagnostics and treatment at the University Clinical Centre’, implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Component D ‘Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health system’ Investment D1.1.1 ‘Development and modernisation of the infrastructure of highly specialised care centres and other medical entities’. 2. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d 4e and 4f to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’, together with the installation and training of the Contracting Authority’s employees. 3. The subject-matter of this contract includes the following lots: Part 1 – Ultrasound scanner (type 1) (5 units) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4a to the FTZ; Part 2 – Ultrasound device (1 piece) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4b to the SWZ; Part 3 – Ultrasound scanner (type 2) (1 piece) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4c to the FTZ; Part 4 – Ultrasound scanner (type 3) (2 units) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4d to the FTZ; Part 5 – Ultrasound scanner (type 4) (1 piece) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4e to the FTZ; Part 6 – Ultrasound scanner (type 5) (2 units) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4f to the SWZ; 4. The above-mentioned equipment must meet the limit values specified in Annexes 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e and 4f to the FTZ, respectively.
