Project description:
Under the Berliner Schulbauoffensive BSO II/IV, modular structures were developed in a competitive process for a 3-stage primary school and a modular sports hall with three parts of the hall, which can be built quickly, cost-effectively and sustainably (BNB silver certified) due to a high degree of prefabrication. A type design with key details has been developed for both primary schools and sports halls, which can be implemented in construction at different locations with little adaptation. The school plots provided for this purpose are located in various districts of Berlin. The module structures are to be constructed using a standardised load-bearing structure.
