Description

The subject matter of the contract is: “Supply of new desktop computers, flat displays, laptops, tablet computers, multifunctional devices, printers, scanners, network equipment, peripherals and components for computers for the needs of the Technical University of Sofia”, by lot: lot 1: Supply of new desktop computers and new flat displays. Lot 2: Supply of new portable and new tablet computers. Lot 3: Supply of new multifunctional devices, new printers and new scanners. Lot 4: Supply of new network equipment. Lot 5: Supply of new computer periphery and new components for computers. The supply will be made by way of purchase of the goods which are the subject of the contract and is intended for the Technical University of Sofia. The products offered must be original, new and unused, in original factory packaging, comply with the technical requirements attached to the documentation and appear on the manufacturer’s current manufacturing list, and must not have been removed from production on the closing date for the submission of tenders specified in the notice. The warranty period for each item is set out in the Technical Specification of the Participation Documentation published on the Purchaser Profile. The start of all warranty periods starts to run from the date of signature of a two-way handover report without comments on the delivery of the item in question. The Contractor shall be required to carry out, by his own means (including transport), a warranty repair of the products supplied within 2 (two) working days, at the premises of the Contracting Authority, and only where this is impossible, in a repairer.
