Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind Leistungen der Objektplanung (Gebäude) für die Realisierung eines Neubaus bei der Asklepios Klinik St. Georg in Hamburg. Es werden wesentliche Teile der Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 3-8 nach §§ 8, 34, Anlage 10.1 HOAI 2013 beauftragt.
Der Neubau soll in einem Sockelgeschoss eine Aufbereitungs-Einheit für Medizinprodukte beherbergen. Im Erdgeschoss sollen Fast-Track OPs und eine HNO-Funktionsdiagnostik untergebracht werden. Das 1. OG ist für eine Intensivstation vorgesehen. Das Gebäude soll eine Teilunterkellerung für Technikräume erhalten. Es ist so zu planen, dass es im Bedarfsfall aufgestockt/erweitert werden kann. Die Realisierung soll voraussichtlich in dem Zeitraum von Mitte 2021 bis Mitte 2023 erfolgen.
