Description

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive preparation and implementation of the TV, radio and online media campaign of the Education for Competitiveness Operational Programme. Complex preparation means the preparation of creative designs and the production of two TV and two radio spots and banners, as well as the planning and purchase of adequate advertising space. Moreover, for each month of the campaign, efficiency will be evaluated in the form of a post-purchase report, i.e. comparing the actual values achieved with the planned conclusions and recommendations for possible future communication and publicity activities of the contracting authority. The launch of the campaign (i.e. media coverage and web deployment) is foreseen for June and September 2015. The target audience is the general public (15+). All the activities required above include the provision of all production, organisational, personnel, technical and other elements in the preparation and implementation of the campaign.
