Description

The purpose of this contract is to: - Entrust a service company with the maintenance and minor repairs of plumbing equipment in common areas located in all buildings belonging to Reims habitat; - Define the conditions under which they are executed. The framework of this contract is to ensure a quality of service on plumbing installations which includes: - Troubleshooting; - Maintenance work (rehabilitation in preventive mode) following an estimate and recommendation; - Handling of claims files; - Processing of upcoming sales files (occupied or empty housing). All of this maintenance work is carried out on work orders/order forms and/or on request. The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms and/or works. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
