Almere wants to procure the collection, sorting and sustainable processing of the textiles (overflows and underflows) from Almere. It is the administrative desire to turn the value of textiles into “added value for society”, with the solution contributing to the goal of the municipality of Almere to achieve a wasteless municipality by 2022 (< 50 000 residual waste per inhabitant per year).
