Description

Das Bauvorhaben soll in einem Bauabschnitt geplant und umgesetzt werden. Die Grundschule ist in drei Bereiche zu teilen. 1. Abbruchbaukörper, ca. 570m² BGF. 2. Kernsanierung sowie energetische Sanierung des Alt- und Mittelbaus, welche vom Auftraggeber als grundsätzlich erhaltenswert eingestuft wurden. BGF ca. 1.390m². Zielsetzung ist, die beiden Bestandsgebäude, älteren Datums, so weit wie möglich zu erhalten. Sofern sich im Rahmen des grundsätzlichen Bestandserhalts wirtschaftlichere Alternativen ergeben, sind diese dem Auftraggeber aufzuzeigen. 3. Neubau zur Erfüllung des Raumprogrammes als inklusive Ganztagsschule mit ca. 1.670m² BGF. Hier sollen die Planungsleistungen HLS vergeben werden.
