The subject-matter of the contract is ‘Landscaping and land development of the Technical University of Sofia’, broken down into lots: Lot 1: "ENGINEERING - Design, execution and supervision of a site: "Landscaping, irrigation system and development of park TU - Sofia, Part I, in Regulated Landscaping II - for landscaping and COO, from Quarter 60, according to the Detailed Development Plan of "Student City", "Studentski" District, Sofia Municipality. Lot 2: "ENGINEERING - Design, execution and supervision of a site: "Landscaping, irrigation system and development of Park TU - Sofia, Part II, in Regulated Landscaping III - for landscaping and COO from Quarter 60, according to the Detailed Development Plan of "Student City", "Studentski" District, Sofia Municipality. The contract for each lot shall include: 1. Preparation of an investment project for the Park in the ‘Technical project’ phase, in scope and content, in accordance with the Spatial Development Act and ‘Regulation No 4 on the scope and content of investment projects’. The investment project should correspond to the Geodetic surveying prepared by the Contractor and the Property sketch by the Geodesy Cartography and Cadastre Agency. 2. Carrying out all necessary activities for coordination of the Investment Project with central and territorial administrations, specialized control bodies and operating companies on behalf of the Assignor. 3. Implementation of construction and installation works in accordance with the Technical Design, the prescriptions and orders in the Order Book, including those provided for by the Quantitative-Value Account (QVA) Construction-Installation Works (VIA). 4. Delivery and incorporation in the construction of the necessary and corresponding to the Investment Project construction products, proven by Certificates and / or Declarations of conformity. 5. Production and/or supply of construction details/elements and equipment for their installation in Stroeja. 6. Timely notification to the Assignor in case of need for additional design. 7. Perform the necessary tests and laboratory tests on the completed construction and installation works. 8. Compilation of the necessary construction papers accompanying the construction process, as well as preparation of the executive documentation when preparing the site for submission to the Assignor with Protocol Ref. 15. 9. Full assistance in the procedure for issuing a ‘Certificate of commissioning’ for the site. 10. Timely rectification of the irregularities and deficiencies found during the delivery of the site by Protocol rev. 15 prior to commissioning. 11. Timely rectification of defects during the warranty periods referred to in the public procurement contract. 12. Carrying out Author's supervision in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act and the Regulations thereto. The aim of this project is to: Achieving a complex architectural – landscape impact of the park space on the learning environment and image of the Technical University of Sofia as a whole. Increasing the comfort of living outside the building space of the university, with improved opportunities for recreation and entertainment. Interested persons can inspect the site, which can be realized every working day from 9:00 to 17:00, until the date set as the deadline for receipt of offers, after a preliminary request via a message on the platform. The Contract shall enter into force on the date of its signature and shall remain in force until all obligations assumed by the Parties under the Contract have been fulfilled. Timeframe: -For stage: carrying out the surveying and preparation of the Investment Project – Up to 20 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract until the date of the Acceptance – the handover protocol for the transmission of the approved Investment Project to the Assignor. Within 5 days of signing the protocol, the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY and the CONSULTANT may make written objections to the draft and invite the CONTRACTOR for joint consideration of the remarks (irregularities). The Contractor shall remedy any observations/irregularities on the submitted investment project within 5 (five) calendar days after their receipt in writing by the Contracting Authority. The deadline for the coordination and approval of the project and the issuance of a building permit shall not be included in this deadline. -For stage: implementation of the CDS – for Lot 1: Up to 90 calendar days, and for Lot 2: Within 60 calendar days from the date of signature of the Protocol. 2 under Ordinance No. 3 of 31.07.2003, for the opening of the construction site, until the date of signing of Protocol No. 15, for delivery of the object by the Contractor to the Assignor. The planned duration for the execution of the works shall be determined in such a way as to ensure a sufficient number of days with appropriate climatic conditions for the quality of the execution of the works. The term for execution of construction works shall be suspended when the construction is stopped for objective reasons, for which the Contractor is not at fault, by signing Act model 10 establishing the condition of the construction when the construction is stopped, in accordance with Ordinance No 3 of 31 July 2003 on the drawing up of acts and protocols during construction. The deadline for implementation of the construction works is renewed upon signing of Act Model 11 for establishing the condition of the construction in case of continuation of construction. - stage: Exercise of Copyright Supervision – From the date of signature of the Procès-Verbal 2 under Ordinance No.3/31.07.2003, for the opening of the construction site, until the completion of the construction with the signing of the necessary and established by the law acts for its completion.
