Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die einmalige Beschaffung und darauf folgende Instandhaltung von hersteller- und produktbezogen ausgeschriebene Hardware- und Software-Technologiekomponenten, zur teilweisen Ergänzung, Erweiterung und Erneuerung einer bestehenden Server und Storage Infrastruktur der Schauspielhaus Bochum AöR. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt unter Abwägung vergaberechtlicher und wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte im Rahmen eines offenen Lieferantenwettbewerbes mit produktbezogen vorgegebenen Leistungsgegenständen, um die Nutzung der zu beschaffenden Komponenten als Ergänzung und Erweiterung der bestehenden Systeme und unter dem vorhandenen einheitlichen Management mit den vorhandenen Ressourcen des internen IT-Betrieb der Schauspielhaus Bochum AöR zu ermöglichen. Die zum Leistungsgegenstand gehörenden Dienstleistungen umfassen die Lieferung und Einrichtung der Komponenten als Systemlösung und die nachgelagerte Unterstützung bei konkreten technologiebezogenen Anpassungen im Betrieb.
