Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of one, factory new medium-sized rescue and firefighting car with the function of providing water for living purposes for the PSP District Headquarters in Międzychode. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. REASON: Due to the supply of one vehicle, it is not possible to split the contract in question into lots. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variants and electronic catalogues. A detailed description and method of implementation of the individual parts of the contract is contained in the CIP, which constitutes Annex 3 to the FTZ. The Contracting Authority provides for the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. The contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure before the deadline for submission of tenders if there are circumstances that make the continuation of the procedure unjustified. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law does not provide for an electronic auction. The contracting authority shall not conduct a procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement.
