The purpose of this framework agreement is to hire coaches with drivers for the public transport of persons for the needs of the City and the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) of Pavillons-sous-Bois. This framework agreement is part of a grouping of orders, taken by deliberation n ° 2015-00092 of June 29, 2015, between the City and the Communal Centre for Social Action whose coordinator is the city of Pavillons-sous-Bois. This framework agreement is divided into two lots: - Lot 1: Rental of coaches with driver for occasional outings - Lot 2: Renting a bus with driver for regular transport as part of sports activities in schools and for outings from leisure centres This framework agreement is not broken down into tranches.
