The purpose of this contract is to ensure the supply of energy necessary and sufficient for the heating of buildings, the operation and maintenance in good working order of all installations for the production of heating, hot water, safety devices and systems and related installations and the heating distribution networks of the mixed wood/propane boiler room of the Cité Aurore in Bastia (20600). This contract includes the following services: The P1 service: fuel supply, P2 service: operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, routine maintenance of installations, P3 service: major maintenance and total guarantee of the installations.
