The subject of the contract is the construction of a new apartment building in the wider center of Topoľčany, the cadastral area of Topoľčany. The construction of a new apartment building will be carried out on the land where the original apartment building was located, which was demolished. The land is rugged in shape, delimited on three sides by streets: ul. Jane the King, ul. Krušovská and ul. Bernolák's.
