Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of telecommunications services to the Ordering Party consisting in: 1) With regard to the basic contract: a) WAN wide area network connection – IP VPN MPLS technology, 19 locations of the Ordering Party: Primary Center (CP), 17 Field Branches (OT) and Replacement Center (CZ). The addresses of the Employer's location are specified in Appendix No. 4 to the Important Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the IPU, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ; the maintenance of the connections referred to in point (a) during the term of the Agreement; c) providing broadband access to the Internet for CP and CZ and maintaining this access throughout the duration of the Agreement; d) an additional, independent of WAN and Internet, L2 connection with 10 Gb/s bandwidth between CP and CZ of the Ordering Party terminated with SFP+ LC MM 10 Gb/s Ethernet fiber interface at both ends; e) providing a colocation service for the Customer's IT equipment, meeting the requirements set out in Annex 1 to the IPU, under which the Contractor will transfer the equipment indicated by the Customer from the current CZ to the new CZ location, f) delivery of 1 (one) 42-U cabinet with the parameters set out in Annex 2 to the IPU. 2) In terms of options: a) compilation of additional, independent of WAN and Internet, L2 links with 10 Gb/s bandwidth between CP and CZ of the Ordering Party terminated with SFP+ LC MM 10 Gb/s Ethernet fiber interface at both ends; b) delivery of 4 (four) units of 42-U cabinets with the parameters specified in Annex 2 to the IPU. 2.
