Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Leistungen im Bereich der touristischen Geschäftsbesorgung. Der zukünftige Auftragnehmer ist verpflichtet, den Betrieb der bestehenden Tourist-Information zu führen und das damit verbundene Marketing, die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (PR), die Planung sowie Vermarktung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen in den Liegenschaften der Holding zu übernehmen. Darüber hinaus umfasst der Auftrag das Management der Gästebeiträge. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt in der Förderung der touristischen Entwicklung, einschließlich der Weiterführung des gesundheitstouristischen Konzeptes. Zudem ist der Betrieb der Baude Ravensberg sicherzustellen, ebenso wie die Verwaltung der Holding-Liegenschaften, einschließlich des Berichtswesen und Controllings.
