Description

In 2025, the overbuilding regulations for the creation of the comprehensive development through district heating were approved by the responsible government office. Based on this basis, Localnet AG intends to continuously expand the district heating network of the city of Burgdorf. In addition to the new district heating pipes, additional plant pipes for supply and disposal should be able to be renovated or replaced as required. For the efficient implementation of these projects, the client (Localnet AG and the City of Burgdorf) intends to jointly tender framework contracts with multiple surcharges in two (2) lots. The purpose of this call for tenders is to evaluate service providers who are able to cover the following two areas for a period of 5 years (with an optional extension of a maximum of 2 years): - Lot 1: Builder civil engineering and road construction - Lot 2: Pipeline construction District heating For each of the two lots, the aim is to conclude framework contracts with up to 5 service providers per lot.
