Description

Public. pupils who do not fall within the scope of the disability and are not eligible for a coach service between their place of residence and their place of schooling.
Such school transport is covered by the rules on road passenger transport within the meaning of the Transport Code and not under the rules on health transport or taxis. As such, the undertaking must be entered in the transporters register.
Small vehicles are vehicles capable of transporting up to 9 persons, including the driver, under the conditions laid down in Article R. 412-2 I of the Highway Code on the compulsory use of specific child restraint systems (lifting seats, etc.).
The conditions for the performance of the transport service are set out in the Special Technical Specifications, but the requirements will be precisely defined at the time of reopening of competition between the co-contractors of each framework agreement.
