Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of laundry services for Local Branches: Lower Silesia, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Lubuskie, Lubelskie, Zachodniopomorskie and Małopolska. 2. The contract was divided into 6 tasks: 1) Task 1 - Regional Branch of Lower Silesia, 2) Task 2 - Regional Branch of Kujawsko-Pomorskie, 3) Task 3 - Regional Branch of Lubuskie, 4) Task 4 - Regional Branch of Lublin, 5) Task 5 - Regional Branch of Zachodniopomorskie, 6) Task 6 - Regional Branch of Małopolska. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 2 to the FTZ in respect of the task in question. 4. The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of direct award of contracts for tasks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in accordance with Article 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Act and in accordance with the information described in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ.
