Description

Dystrybucja energii elektrycznej odbywać się będzie na warunkach określonych przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo Energetyczne (tekst jedn. Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 266 z późn. zm.), zw. dalej „ustawa prawo energetyczne” oraz w wydanych na jej podstawie aktach wykonawczych, zgodnie z Taryfą Operatora Systemu Dystrybucyjnego PGE Dystrybucja S.A. zatwierdzonej decyzją Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki nr DRE.WRE.4211.44.7.2024.AKr3 z dnia 16.12.2024 r z późniejszymi zmianami (Taryfa OSD) oraz przepisami ustawy z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964r. - Kodeks Cywilny (tekst jedn. Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 1061 z późn. zm.).
