Description

The object of the contract involves the collection and analysis of the data of the different actors involved in the mobility of the field of study, the creation of the origin-destination matrices, to later be able to make a diagnosis of the adequacy of the demand offer, detection of the main real and potential problems of mobility, and study of alternatives with cost-benefit analysis on different proposals for action to improve general mobility in the territorial scope of the study. The contract will be implemented in phases: āˆ’ PHASE I. Installation of the two software licenses with which the mobility model will be developed and training of two to five technicians from the Directorate General in the use of the program. The installation of the software will have to be carried out no later than one month after the start of the contract and the entire phase no later than two months. āˆ’ PHASE II. Design of the model and obtaining the mobile telephony data. For the design of the model, a maximum of 6 months will be available from the beginning of the contract and for obtaining the mobile telephony data of 8 months. āˆ’ PHASE III.
