Description

The purpose of this contract is to outsource the production of meals intended for the home meal service of the CPAS de La louvière, including the preparation of complete meals in accordance with the nutritional, health and organisational quality standards in force. The successful service provider must ensure: - The production of meals according to the standards required by the AVIQ, the FASFC and the nutritional prescriptions ommunized by the CPAS (standard meal, without soup, specific diets: mixed, diabetic, salt-free, etc.); - Compliant and secure packaging allowing the respect of the cold chain and food traceability, from the production site to the point of delivery CPAS; - The guarantee of continuity of service, including in the event of an increase in volumes or exceptional situations (heatwave plan, periods of leave, health crisis, etc.); - The provision of a tracking and traceability system for meals, enabling the CPAS to monitor volumes, production batches, recorded temperatures and compliance with preparation and delivery times at all times; This contract is being launched to replace the in-house production system with an outsourced solution, improving the regularity, quality control, economic performance and ramp-up capacity of the home meal service.
