Description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive organisation of a trip for representatives of Małopolska entrepreneurs to the CEATEC 2026 Fair in Chiba, which takes place from 13 to 16 October 2026 as part of the project ‘Direction: Exports and Investments - Małopolska". The contract covers the performance of the entire service, including the preparation, supervision and coordination of the trip, the organisation of air transport, the organisation of passenger transport at the venue of the fair, food for participants, the organisation of accommodation for all participants of the fair, including breakfast, insurance, translation services in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract – Annex 1 to the FTZ. ATTENTION! In the case of:  changes in the date of the Fair or their cancellation in the traditional formula, as well as when the political or epidemic situation in the country or in the country / city of the Fair prevents it,  occurrence of extraordinary circumstances, independent of the Ordering Party, in particular related to the geopolitical situation, armed conflicts, security threats or issue by the competent institutions (e.g. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs) warnings regarding travel to the place of performance of the service or through transit areas, resulting in the participants' resignation from participation in the trip for security reasons, and consequently the inability to complete the minimum number of 18 participants necessary to perform the contract, the Ordering Party will have the right to cancel the procedure pursuant to Article 255(5) of the Public Procurement Law Act or withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 456 sec. 1 point 1 of the PPL The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ (OPZ), which is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ.
