Description

In order to meet the changing needs and requirements in terms of urban services and facilities for which it is responsible, the Department of Meurthe-et-Moselle plans to provide the educational community with modern school buildings, safe and adapted to pedagogical needs. This approach is part of the implementation of the New Generation Colleges Policy (NGCP). It is in this context that this programming study for the restructuring and renovation of the Baccarat college in the municipality of Baccarat was initiated. The main objectives of the operation are: -The partial reorganisation of the functional clusters on the basis of the department's reference system, -The energy renovation of buildings, -The accessibility of the entire college. The provisional pedagogical structure targets a college of 14 divisions on a 32h/week basis. This is a restricted project management competition at the ESQ+ level. Amount of the estimated financial envelope: EUR 10.5 million including tax (CCT) Estimated cost of the works: EUR 6.4 million excluding tax (January 2025 value). Basic mission: APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE (full EXE except for structural lot, lift and special foundations, floor coverings and wall coverings (for these lots: VISA mission + quantitative descriptions of these consignments at DCE stage)), DET and AOR. The following are included in the basic mission: the CSSI mission, the calculation study with the thermal regulations in force at the time of the deposit of the PC, the dynamic thermal simulation (STD) in the APD phase with readjustment in PRO, the study on rainwater recovery devices (sanitary rooms), the consultation with users for landscaping. Additional tasks: DIAG, ESQ (development), OPC, MOD, DEM, TDS. Other mission elements: Ass. to the constitution of grant file(s) (DSID, Green Fund, water agency), study relating to the achievement of the objectives of the Tertiary Decree and ass. to the monitoring of conso over the duration of the GPA and recommendations in case of non-achievement of the objective set in PRO/DCE. Estimated duration of the public contract: 60 months (18 months Studies + 30 months Works) included GPA
