‘Design and performance of Scurta Durata and Service Spatii on the Bucharest motorway – Brasov, Bucharest Section – Ploiesti’, in accordance with the FIDIC Conditions – Yellow Book 1999, includes:
the design activities refer to the detailed technical design and will include, inter alia, all the documents required (such as memories, drawings, calculations, etc.) to draw up the Technical Project in accordance with the national legislation and any documentation necessary to obtain building permits;
