The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 2 and 3 to this ToR.
5. Specific conditions for the provision of the service:
The contractor must perform the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the rules in force in PGL LP and in particular in accordance with the following regulations:
1. ‘Rules of forest breeding’ – introduced by Order No 53 of the Director-General of State Forests of 21 November 2011;
2. ‘Forest Protection Instruction’ – introduced by Order No 57 of the Director-General of State Forests of 22 November 2011;
3. ‘Instruction on health and safety at work when carrying out basic forest management work’ – introduced by Order No 36 of the Director-General of State Forests of 20 April 2012;
4. The ‘Instruction on forest fire protection’ introduced by Order No 54 of the Director-General of State Forests of 21 November 2011;
5. Regulation of the Minister for the Environment of 24.8.2006 on health and safety at work when carrying out certain forest management activities (Journal Journal of Laws No 161, item 1141);
6. Regulation of the Minister for the Environment of 22.3.2006 on detailed rules for the prevention of forest fires (Journal Journal of Laws No 58, item 405 as amended);
