The year of manufacture of the offered device cannot be earlier than 2025 year. • free from physical and legal defects, installation, commissioning, training and commissioning, devices corresponding to current technical and medical standards, together with the complete equipment necessary for its proper functioning. • delivery, installation and commissioning of the device at the place indicated by the Ordering Party. • Putting into service a fully functional and complete device, ready for operation, confirmed by an appropriate acceptance protocol. • Conducting training for the Contracting Authority's medical staff in the field of operation, operation and basic maintenance of the delivered device. • Provide full service during the warranty and warranty period, including repairs, technical inspections and access to spare parts. • Close cooperation with the Contractor of construction and installation works in the field of adaptation of the room for assembly and installation of RM. The selection of the contractor for the adjustment works will be made after the selection of the magnetic resonance imaging supplier due to the fact that each device may have different technical and operational requirements. The contracting authority requires that the offered device (3T magnetic resonance imaging) be manufactured and delivered in compliance with applicable regulations and environmental standards, as well as with the six environmental objectives referred to in Article 9 of Regulation 2020/852, i.e.: 1. Climate change mitigation; 2. Adaptation to climate change; 3. Sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources; 4. Transition to a circular economy; 5. Pollution prevention and control; 6. Protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems. In addition, in line with the horizontal principles stemming from the RRP and Art. 2b of Regulation 2021/241, the project must respect the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, as well as the principle of gender equality.
