Description

The provision and installation of an intelligent monitoring and management system for water infrastructure and includes: 1. Water supply network monitoring system consisting in equipping water supply connections in residential buildings, business facilities, public facilities and water supply station with intelligent measuring devices with communication modules enabling a comprehensive analysis of the water supply network. The elements of the system are: a single-stream or ultrasonic water meter equipped with a remote-reading radio module, DN15, 100 units; single-stream or ultrasonic water meter, equipped with a radio module for remote reading, DN20 - 1628 pieces; an ultrasonic water meter, equipped with a radio module for remote reading DN25, of 5 units; an ultrasonic water meter, equipped with a radio module for remote reading DN40 – 5 units; e) data reading and management software (mobile application and management platform) together with a reading set (smartphone, scanner, antennas, head); 2. A system for intelligent management of the water supply network of the SCADA type consisting in measuring key sections of the network and important points, such as water intakes, which will lead to optimization of water transmission and rapid detection of areas of excessive consumption and places of potential failures, efficiency of network operation and faster removal of problems, ensuring its appropriate pressure and quality. The system of intelligent management of the water supply network consists of: a) Screw water meter DN100 with GSM recorder - 4 pieces; b) Telemetry set - 13 sets; c) Monitoring system; 3. Spatial Information System (GIS) enabling central management of data on the water supply network, which will allow effective management of water resources, record keeping, tracking changes, maintenance planning and rapid visualization and location of network objects and events, which will significantly increase the availability and knowledge of water supply infrastructure. The GIS system as an organised environment will include server software, with multi-station access (desktop) via a web browser (www) with a central database, for entering, collecting, processing and visualising spatial and descriptive data enabling central management of water network data, such as pipe location, technical parameters, repair histories or water quality data; 4. The model of the mathematical water distribution system as a virtual mapping of the network will allow to use the received data when making decisions regarding, for example, the expansion or modernisation of the network, which in turn will optimize the working conditions of the network and generate savings, e.g. by reducing the costs of water production. Having information about the operation of the water supply system network is the basis for correct, effective and balanced water management in the municipality. The model is based on a network graph, which is maintained on the basis of a spatial database in the GIS system. Thanks to the built-in analytical tools of the GIS system, in which the model is built, it will be possible, for example: support in analysing the operation of the network in the conditions of water abstraction for fire protection purposes (fire simulations); simulating how the network will behave after connecting a new recipient based on its dismantling; simulating the state of the network after closing its fragment during a failure (according to the areas indicated with the analysis of gate valves); Estimation of the age of water in the network. The mathematical model is an element of the GIS system and not a separate system; 5. Delivery and installation of devices providing access to drinking water straight from the tap in two schools located in the municipality of Rusiec-the so-called drinking water. The equipment will be equipped with filters and water meters, which will allow you to monitor water consumption. Facilities providing access to drinking water should be included in the water supply system of the buildings in which they will be installed. These devices will provide filtered water of quality in accordance with current standards, will be equipped with filters and water meters, which will allow monitoring of water consumption. Specification: Body Material: stainless steel, carbon filter, the ability to monitor and record water consumption in real time.
