Description

The subject of this contract is the cleaning of the roads and public spaces of the metropolitan area of Valletta-du-Var, divided into two geographical lots: Lot 1 corresponding to the city centre, and Lot 2 to Sector South. This contract is reserved for economic operators employing disabled and disadvantaged workers. Article L2113-12 of Ordinance No 2018-1074 of 26 November 2018 laying down the legislative part of the Public Procurement Code provides that contracts or lots for a contract may be reserved for adapted undertakings referred to in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, for establishments and services providing assistance through work referred to in Article L. 344-2 of the Social Action and Families Code and for equivalent structures, where they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of workers with disabilities who, due to the nature or seriousness of their disabilities, cannot exercise a professional activity under normal conditions. The Metropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée (TPM) is committed to ensuring that public procurement can contribute to the professional integration of workers with disabilities on its territory.
