Rahmenvertrag für Neubau, Austausch und Sanierung von Aufzugsanlagen Im Rahmen des, im laufenden Kalenderjahr, gültigen Bauplanes sind Aufzüge erstmalig neu einzubauen, komplett auszutauschen zu modernisieren und zu sanieren. Es werden Standardaufzüge mit 8 Etagen (Neubau-Objekte) bzw. 10 Etagen (Bestands-Objekte) definiert, Änderungen der Etagen etc. erfolgt über Zu- bzw. Abschlagspositionen. Die Leistungen werden in folgenden Losen ausgeschrieben: Los 1: Einbau von Aufzügen in Neubau-Objekten (ca. 1 Anlagen je Jahr) Los 2: Komplettaustausch von Aufzügen in Bestands-Objekten (ca. 20 Anlagen je Jahr) Los 3: Modernisierung/ Teilsanierung in Bestands-Objekten (ca. 20 Anlagen je Jahr) Los 4: Instandhaltung/ Instandsetzung von Aufzügen in Bestands-Objekten (ca. 4 Anlagen je Jahr)
