Description

Multi-contractor framework agreement with subsequent contracts for the supply and delivery of natural gas on the 29 delivery points of Deux-Sèvres Habitat (listed in the annex to the CCP). Natural gas is used on site for domestic purposes: space heating and domestic hot water. For information only, the reference annual consumption is 9 290 MWh. It is a framework agreement concluded without a minimum or maximum. The framework agreement is multi-successful and will be concluded with a maximum of 4 holders (subject to a sufficient number of applications and admissible tenders). The general characteristics of the services expected are described in the special terms and conditions. They will be specified in contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement, referred to as ‘subsequent contracts’. Estimated date of commencement of deliveries: to 1.9.2019, pursuant to the 1st subsequent contract.
