Dmowskiego wraz z uzyskaniem wszelkich wymaganych opinii, pozwoleń i decyzji, w tym pozyskanie decyzji pozwolenia na budowę z klauzulą ostateczności, wykonanie przedmiarów robót, kosztorysów inwestorskich (projekt) oraz sprawowanie nadzoru autorskiego.
