Description

1. Subject-matter of the contract: ‘Supply and installation of computer and peripheral equipment under the project ‘Modernisation of the educational environment in the building of a branch of the Vasil Levski Kindergarten’ with the following lots: Lot 1: Delivery and installation of computer configurations. Lot 2: Delivery and installation of peripheral equipment. 2. Description of the subject of the contract: 2.1. Only Lot 1 is the subject of the award of this contract. The subject of the lot includes: Computer configurations, including processor, monitor, mouse, keyboard and external speakers – 9. The detailed requirements for implementation are in accordance with the Technical Specification, which is an integral part of the participation documentation. 2.2. The subject-matter of Lot No 2 shall comprise: - Multifunctional device /printer, scanner and copier/Format A3+ - 1 pc. - Printer with scanner - Print, Copy, Scan - 2 pcs. Tenderers should not submit tenders under Lot 2. Pursuant to Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will award Lot No 2 in accordance with the procedure laid down for its individual value (through direct award under Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act). REASONS: The estimated value of Lot 2 is 2073.33 (in words: two thousand seventy-three levs and thirty-three stotinki) lev without VAT, and does not exceed 156 464 levs. The estimated value of lot 2 is 2073.33 (in words: two thousand seventy-three leva and thirty-three stotinki) leva excluding VAT, which is 10.33% of the total estimated value of the public procurement.
