Description

The construction measure is divided into the new building (sub-construction MEN) with two basement levels, ground floor, and five floors and the conversion of the existing ‘Nordbau alt’ building (sub-construction measure AMN) in the connecting areas/transitions from the new construction to the existing building in the EG to 5.OG, and in the 1stUG to the building separating the existing ‘Nordbau Neu’ building.
The screeding work is carried out on levels 1.UG to 5.OG in the new MEN building and the existing ‘Nordbau alt’ building (sub-construction measure AMN) and includes composite screeds as cement screeds, floating cement screeds and heating screeds as cement screeds with and without gradients, including the necessary compensatory and impact insulation. In the case of heat screeds, balancing and impact sound insulation shall be supplied and installed by the AN heating system.
In addition to screeding work, all screed separation angles for door sleepers, covering/floor structure changes, etc., are installed in the area of the office partitions later on the screed or in the door openings.
