Description

The IGS Stöcken in Hannover is supposed to be around a 6. Trains are expanded.
The basis of the planning is the standard room program of the state capital Hannover. This cannot be mapped in the existing building and requires a new extension with a GFA of approximately 3,150 m2. Due to the occupancy of the property, this can not arise on the school grounds. The new building is to be built on an opposite urban plot. In the new building, the 9th and 10th Year incl. ancillary areas, specialist and administrative rooms as well as the full-day area for these students are accommodated.
Due to the restructuring, there is also a partial refurbishment in the 1. Upper floor of the main wing in the existing building with an area of
190 m2 is required.
The total investment volume is estimated at around € 17.5 million gross (KG 200 to 700).
