Part I The subject of the contract is the protection of persons, property and real estate, supervision of the Ordering Party's facilities in Poznań: - Regional Court in Poznań at ul. Hejmowskiego 2, with a total area of 8 624 m2, which includes a public utility building with a usable area of 30 798 m2 (7 floors – three underground and 4 above-ground floors, including office space, courtrooms, rooms with limited access, underground garage halls, archive warehouses, communication routes, adjacent external area). Part II The subject of the contract is the protection of persons, property and real estate of the Ordering Party in Poznań: Basic contract covering facilities: - Property of the Ordering Party located in Poznań at ul. Piaskowa 4-5 with a total area of 3 264 m2, which includes an office building with a usable area of 936.82 m2, a warehouse and utility building with garages with a usable area of 1878.44 m2 and an adjacent external area. - Property located in Poznań at ul. Szyperska 14 (Department XIX of Intellectual Property) with a total area of about 813.00 m2 located on the second and third floor of the office building. -Property located in Poznań at ul. Szyperska 14 (Section for Research and Development) Frankowe) with a total area of about 984 m2 located on the ground floor and fifth floor of the office building. Contract with an option right covering the facility: -Property located in Poznań at ul. Szyperska 14 (Department V Penitentiary) with a total area of 613 m2 located on the ground floor, first and fifth floor of the office building.
