Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej, obejmująca jej sprzedaż do obiektów Regionalnego Zarządu Gospodarki Wodnej w Warszawie w planowanej łącznej ilości oszacowanej przez Zamawiającego w okresie 12 miesięcy w wysokości ca 5821,87 MWh, łącznie dla 106 punktów poboru.
Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące zamówienia określono w specyfikacji istotnych warunków zamówienia.
Realizacja przedmiotu zamówienia odbywać się będzie na warunkach określonych w ustawie Prawo energetyczne z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. (tekst jednolity Dz.U. z 2012 r. poz. 1059 z późniejszymi zmianami) oraz w oparciu o przepisy wykonawcze do tego aktu. Energia elektryczna powinna być dostarczana nieprzerwanie oraz powinna spełniać parametry techniczne zgodne z zapisami Ustawy – Prawo Energetyczne, rozporządzeniami wykonawczymi oraz Polskimi Normami.
