Σκοπός της προτεινόμενης πράξης είναι η εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας και ο έλεγχος διαρροών των Δικτύων Άρδευσης ΔΕΥΑ ΘΕΡΜΗΣ με την εγκατάσταση και λειτουργία νέων συστημάτων αυτοματισμού, καθώς και σύγχρονου εξοπλισμού για τον τηλεέλεγχο - τηλεχειρισμό εξοικονόμησης νερού και ενέργειας μέσω του ελέγχου των διαρροών στο σύνολο του αρδευτικού δικτύου.
