This contract is a public service contract the subject of which is defined as follows: - Project Author of Architecture, Stability and Special Techniques Project (full mission) of a building (palliative paediatric respite residential centre) under traditional construction. The following additional mission is also part of the mission: - EPB manager - health safety coordination - survey on site by surveyor - carrying out the destructive asbestos inventory - carrying out the RQT (land quality report) - drapes, integrated furniture, mobile furniture, lifts, kitchen equipment and other equipment (wifi antennas, …) must be drawn on the plans by the Project Author. It shall be responsible for the study and execution thereof. - contacts with the competent bodies (Urbanism, NIS, CILE, etc.)
