1. The subject of the order is the preparation, execution and delivery to the place indicated by the Ordering Party of promotional gadgets. 2. Detailed requirements for the delivered elements are included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ), which is Annex No. 1D to the Order. 3. The conditions for performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – model contract – and are attached as Annex 1C to the Staff Regulations. 4. The contracting authority provides for the performance of the contract taking into account the right of option.
