Framework agreement for the supply of beverages and the installation of refrigeration and counters at three different locations. The supplies of beverages are for the municipality of Temse, OCMW Temse, AGB Temse and any tenants of municipal buildings, as well as at festivities organised by the municipality. A selection of the possible delivery locations: Municipality of Temse: AC De Zaat, , Nature House, Old Town Hall, Cultural Centre Roxy, Drawing School, Library, Technical Service, Public Domain & Building Management Service, Groenloods, Tourist Service and events such as; Commemoration Lucky Lady - Tielrode, Park parties, Small parties, Nature education for schools, SpeGT (playground operation), Green project - Tielrode, plantations 'Birth forest',... OCMW Temse: Buurthuis den Boodt AGB Temse: supply of beverages and accessories and furnishing of counters in the following 3 rooms: The multipurpose room De Mosterpot, JOC Den Artist and Emiel Naudtszaal with associated maintenance of these cooling and counter systems. Delivery addresses may change during the term of the contract. Changed or new delivery addresses will be transferred by the client to the supplier in a timely manner. In exceptional cases, on dates that cannot be determined in advance, e.g. at events, it must be possible to deliver to delivery points designated by the board. This is a non-exclusive framework contract. Consequently, the contracting authority is also free to order elsewhere during the duration of the contract. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this. It is important that the starting dates for the counters are not the same. The start date for the new JOC tolling installations is set for September 2025 for a period of 10 years. The multipurpose room De Mosterdpot and the Emiel Naudtszaal will only start from 1 January 2028, for a duration of 7 years and 8 months until the end of the contract on 30 August 2035. Scope of the contract: As an indication, the decrease quantities in the inventory are reported on the basis of consumption in 2023 and 2024. The tenderer may not claim compensation if these quantities are not reached or exceeded. By subscribing to this contract, the tenderer acknowledges that he knows the scope of the contract and confirms that he will be able to carry out the supplies in an equivalent manner for each location. The purchase of coffee (and accessories), tea, chocolate milk, soups, and edibles is not included in the order.
