Description

Forest services - maintenance and management of stands - clearing, cleaning, aiding installation and promoting the development of natural regenerations, according to the specifications in the specification. Manual degajari - 24.19 ha, cleaning - 35.84 ha and works to promote the development of natural regenerations - 1.33 ha, according to the specification. The unified time and production norms for the works in Forestry, MAPPM, National Forestry Administration Bucharest , 1997 edition, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and the hourly rates approved by RNP ROMSILVA on 1 July 2025 were used by the Forestry Department in the elaboration of the Technical and Economic Documentations depending on the situation on the ground, basing the estimated values on lots. The above-mentioned rules are indicative for economic operators, who may use their own or other rules in compliance with all the provisions of these specifications and the legislation in force. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Number of days until which additional clarifications/information can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 15 days.
