Description

General description of the construction project: The adventure pool Zeller Land was built about 45 years ago as a pure sports pool adjacent to the existing outdoor pool. In 1993, the indoor pool was expanded and the outdoor pool area was closed except for the children's paddling pool. Some areas of the bath are still in the original from 1974 and therefore in appropriate condition. Even the newer components from the 1990s already show considerable defects and signs of wear in the construction design and technical systems. This prompted the Verbandsgemeinde Zell an der Mosel, as the operator of the bath, to commission a rehabilitation study in 2019. The result of the study was that the entire roof construction, the best. Post-bolt facade and the entire technology are obsolete and refurbishment of these areas is uneconomical. For this reason, the builder decided to demolish the indoor pool with the adjacent farm buildings (gastro, residential building, etc.) and replace it with a replacement building.
